Currently working on a riffy little rock song that will hopefully be out pretty soon but here’s a throwback to one of my quieter moments.  

Nearly five years old but still getting loads of streams, downloads, radio plays, etc..  A bit of a game-changer from the Palomino album.

Listened to a great interview with Jimmy Webb last night.  He’s the only person to have won separate Grammys for music, lyrics and orchestration so he knows a thing or two about song-writing and yet he talked at length about the doubts and insecurities surrounding the process.  Fascinating to hear how someone so successful and with such a talent can suffer the same doubts and insecurities as the rest of us.  Humbling and encouraging in equal measure and reason, as if I ever needed one, to share a recent song.  Hope you like it and have a lovely weekend all 🙂 x
